Brian was extremely accessible. For example, the day we went out attorney review and under contract just happened to be the same day his wife was in labor. Brian was still available pretty much any time. Even if he couldn't pick up the phone, I would get a text from him that he would call back, which he ALWAYS did. Professional and knowledgable. Also Brian was never pushy, but always prompt. Never made us feel pressured yet nudged us in the right direction when it was necessary. One can't ask for more when looking for a great broker.
