I was blessed to have Patty - who understood that I was 90 minutes away in Brooklyn and without a car - so we had to work around my friend's trips to Jersey in order to see homes. She would e-mail me" homes for sale" so I could see pics and details and then make appointments for us to see the most in the limited time I had. She was the liaison between myself and my lawyer (who was too busy to even talk to me) and truly the only reason I made it through to the closing with any understanding of what I was signing. She handled the deposit and getting me the inspection. She advised me on how to move forward on the negative points found on the inspection report - her knowledge and experience were a godsend.
