We were looking to find a home in Regency at Monroe at a price point that would afford us the ability to completely update it and make it our own. Stephen was patient in finding that property, and followed it from listing until the price reached the point where we were able to make an offer. But first, we needed to sell our existing home, which Stephen assisted us with as well. We were able to get close to our asking price and then move forward with our new home.
