Thomas's staging of the home was excellent. Furniture, pictures, and tchotchkes were moved around to enhance the interior of the house tremendously. He brought potted plants and outdoor furniture to stage the exterior as well. He even patched a few holes in the drywall and did some vacuuming. The owner of the house was very impressed by how much the home's appearance was improved by the staging process.
All of the paperwork was handled quickly and professionally. I am writing this as the executor of the estate. The owner, who inherited the house, lives in England and could not assist with the sale. With all the other tasks involved in dealing with the estate, it was nice to have the sale of the house handled with so little effort on my part.
