Nicole was constantly sending us houses that fit our criteria before we actually met in person and went over a few of the houses. That went on for almost 4-5 months before we decided to start seeing them in person. Once we met in person, she observed what we liked and didnt like in houses and continued to narrow down houses that jumped out to us, before bringing it up to us. This was uncommon for us as others just tossed in houses within the price ranges and nothing more.
There are many things that allow Nicole Ruggiero to function as an amazing realtor but her evolving our housing choices and basing them off what we liked, didnt like from previous houses we checked out was simply, going over the top for her job and us.
