I was raised in Haskell, New Jersey, and have proudly called Kinnelon’s Fayson Lakes home for more than 35 years. My entire career has been spent with Century 21 Crest Real Estate on Route 23, a place that has become like a second home to me.Happiness is a big part of who I am, and I love bringing that energy to my clients. Tere Episale is a real asset to Century21. Her knowledge and personality shine thru. Selling a house is a very stressful thing but Tere made the whole process alot easier. Whenever I needed her she was there, and she was very forward and honest about the process of selling a house. I needed things fixed at my house and Tere was very helpful in finding qualified contractors. There were times i was freaking out by Tere was very reassuring. I could not have done it with out her. Before I left the state of NJ, I told all my friends if you ever need to sell, I have the person to get it done. Tere Episale Go get em" Tere!!!!

I can't say enough to express haw happy I was to have found Tere to help me buy my 1st home. She was always available for us and responded quickly. She crawled around the attic for my dad while he pointed the flashlight. She helped me stay on top of everything the attorney and mortgage company asked for and even picked up and dropped off a document twice! Tere is truly the best! Certainly as an agent and gave us local references when I needed a contractor after the closing. We love our new home. Thank you Tere!!!
