A former neighbor of ours had used Norma Walling to sell her mother’s home in River Plaza. She was very happy with her dealings with Norma, so when it was time for us to sell our home to move to be near one of our kids, we contacted her and we were very happy with her in all regards. We met with her early on to ask her advice for what we should do to get our house ready to sell. Everything she said was spot on. When it was time to list the house, she did a fantastic job staging our place and she worked closely with the photographer, so that the pictures for the listing were top notch and really made our property stand out. She knew our neighborhood well, so the selling price she suggested was very appropriate for the market conditions at the time. Where she especially demonstrated her skill as an outstanding realtor was her experienced handling of the offers that came in, really going to bat for us to get the best possible price.
