Maryam Saleh
A native New Jerseyan and lifelong resident of Northern New Jersey, Maryam Saleh has in-depth knowledge of the local area which she will use to assist her real estate clients in making well-informed decisions. Maryam attended Bergen County Technical School with a major in Commercial Art and Graphic Design and has earned an Associate Degree in Business.
Maryam's ethnic background is German and Afghan. Fluent in English, German, with a sprinkle of Spanish thrown in for good measure, effective communication is Maryam's forte. This valuable skill gives her the distinct advantage of being able to comfortably work and communicate with clientele from different cultural backgrounds.
Maryam has done several internships at bakeries in the area, as well as worked in the food industry. She enjoyed the customer interaction and ability to connect with people while working in these industries. With a background as an interdisciplinary artist, Maryam plans to channel her passion for art and business into drafting unique real estate experiences for her clients. Beyond the realm of creativity, you'll often find Maryam in the kitchen trying out new recipes, immersed in books, or exploring nature and the arts.
Maryam's paternal family is chock full of entrepreneurs who have their own businesses and sound investments in real estate. As a young child, Maryam was surrounded by real estate agents who often provided childcare for her. Maryam became intrigued by the real estate industry through these interactions. That, together with the opportunity to have a flexible work schedule, was what sparked Maryam's desire to pursue a career in real estate. Maryam decided to join the Century 21 Christel team because she felt it was the best opportunity for her to develop the essential skills needed in this industry with the training and support provided by the management team and staff. She is excited to be a part of a team that is invested in her success.
