Deborah Jacques was fantastic. The circumstances of this sale were difficult, the house being owned by my mother who recently passed away. I also live out of state, so being able to run to the house to take care of things was impossible. She was an excellent communicator who kept me up to speed on any developments and was accessible any time I had questions. She also was able to use her many contacts to take care of items that would come up such as repairs that had to be made before the closing. She was on top of appointments as well as emergent issues that required immediate attention. I've dealt with a few real estate agents over the years and many seemed to be interested only in a quick commission. Deborah was interested in my family's needs (getting the appropriate price and selling the home with as little stress as possible). This was a tall order and she came through like few others could.
