Elaine was there from the beginning to the end she isn't like other realtors who just hook you on and then show up at the last minute for her check she was there to help us through everything inspections Appraisals everything that had to be done she got it us through it calmly and patiently. Elaine was perfect. From the beginning, we realized we were in good hands when she had a list of homes that adhered to our requirements to the tee. Each home met our standards for space, parking, schools, etc.. She is honest about properties, schools, property taxes, and neighborhoods when helping make a choice. She will always allow you to make your own decision, but not before arming you with all of the necessary facts. She considered our needs right down to the route we took around to see homes to keep my pregnant wife from getting carsick on the Sunday we went to search for properties. When our appraisals threw monkey wrenches into the process, Elaine was patient and apologetic while explaining next steps, and we always knew she was always a phone call or text away. She stayed up with our loan officer scouring Google Maps for better comps, helped us settle upon a hospital where our firstborn will be delivered (Cooper!) and even helped me coordinate my cable installation appointment with Comcast when their technician was late. I am not exaggerating when I say that Elaine did everything we asked of her and more. She was the realtor we didn't know we needed, and I cannot fathom going through the home process and retaining my sanity without her. We'll reach out to her when we sell and move, and we've told all of our friends about her. Elaine is simply the best realtor we could have ever had, and we'd love for her to be the ONLY realtor we ever need!
Again, Elaine is an encyclopedia, and caught errors that could have cost us valuable time and hard-earned money before appraisers and even the sellers did.
