on between them. She kept a positive attitude throughout our dealings with her and never strayed from her pleasant and warm
professionalism..
As I have said in the previous comments, we were very happy with Judy.. She is an extremely warm and pleasant individual who made
all of our dealings with her very easy.. The way in which she showed our property in the online and postcard advertisement were beautifully
done and we were always able to access her without incident.. Any questions that we had were immediately addressed and she took the
time to stop at our home several times to answer the questions that we had.. This was our first home sale and she made it very easy for us
to make the transition from selling our home to moving into The Colony.. Although The Colony is not ready yet, she helped us to move into a
temporary housing complex until our unit is ready.. We would definitely recommend her to anyone we know who is selling their home.
Although we did not deal with anyone other than Judy we cannot say how we feel about this agency. However, if Judys' performance is
any indication of how well your agency performs we would be inclined to say that you have a high level of performance.
Our overall experience was very pleasant.. We were always well informed when someone was coming over to show
our home and if there was a cancellation for any reason, we were told ahead of time so that we were able to go ahead
with any plans that we had..
