I was new to the whole process of looking for and buying a house, and Lauren Philpot pretty much held my hand the whole time. She was at my beck and call and as soon as I wanted to see a house or several houses all at once, she was available. If I had any questions, was very responsible through text and through phone calls. She communicated with all the people involved very well and was very good at getting all of the details in place with all the parties. Most of all, she guided me through the whole process, anwered my concerns by talking to the appropriate people and went out of her way to make sure the process went smoothly and quickly (she knew I had a timeline and helped me to find and close on a house within 1 month!) She went to the inspection for me and supported me through the closing. Lauren is very personable and friendly and has a charming and down to earth quality that makes you feel comfortable with her right away. I would definitely use her again and recommend her.
