Michele went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about all aspects from showing to closing. Michele extended her time to me during her vacation 3000 miles away. Michele is reliable, trustworthy and a great communicator. I feel she is as a respected team player as demonstrated during the closing when Michele was away. Her colleagues jumped right in at closing while Michele was out of town.
