Dina Ferluge was incredible to work with. We have been looking for our second home for well over a year. There was not a single time throughout the process where she made us feel uncomfortably pressured into moving forward. She listened to what we were looking for, and sent us quality prospects that matched our needs. She was knoledgable on the areas, and when we had questions she didn't know, she tapped into her local resources to help us get answers so we could make the right decision. As soon as Dina helped us a house we had an interest in, she immediately picked up the phone to get more information from the sellers agent and shared the pros and cons with us. She also made suggestions on what to dig into further to be sure it was the perfect place for us.
One of the strongest qualities that Dina has that I have not seen in other agents is her ability to build relationships with the selling agents. Dina got immediately on the phone with them, quickly built a rapport and was able to uncover the sellers motivations and levers. She helped us negotiate an extremely fair contract, that satisfied both sides. She was even able to successfully negotiate in other household items that we didn't even consider like the washer and dryer. Her ability to communicate clearly was also really helpful because I didn't always understand aspects of the process and she was so patient, and took the time to lay everything out for me so that I had the knowledge to make various decisions. The entire process was smooth, she was highly responsive and moved very quickly. She was accessible at all times. I'll never forget when she put in the offer for us she was at a swim event for her children, and graciously stepped aside to work with us to help us get our dream home. One other unique aspect, was that Dina also didn't make us feel pressured when we wanted to offer a lower price point than others may have been comfortable with. I have worked with agents in the past who took offense to that, and this part was a huge test for me that she passed with flying colors. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for someone who is honest, knowledgeable and out for you, not themselves. Thank you Dina for all that you did to help us find our dream home!!...
