Louis Batelli, Owner/Principal of Century 21 Gemini LLC, was born and raised in the Passaic County, NJ area. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from William Paterson University, with minors in Economics and Management.
Louis obtained his New Jersey Real Estate License in 1984. In 1994 he felt the timing was right to begin a future in his own agency and he opened his first office, Century 21 Gemini LLC, in Wayne, NJ. During his ownership, Century 21 Gemini LLC has become one of the top Century 21 franchises in New Jersey, with a second location in Upper Montclair, NJ.
Louis is a Notary Public and an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors, and the Garden State MLS.
