Wayne was at each and every inspection and would update us right away on the results and guided us on how to resolve issues that came up with the home inspection. He recommended a great stucco engineer, mold specialist, and fire place service, which was extremely helpful and we plan on using a painter and Mason he recommended as well in the next few months.
