Ray began in the business part time, in 2006 and after 34 years in the Retail Food industry is now full time in Real Estate. Kathi was licensed and active in real estate for 4 years prior to our marriage in 1984. With the kids mostly grown she returned to Real Estate in 2008. We raised our children in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque, and have serviced the Albuquerque Metropolitan area including Rio Rancho and Placitas. In 2009 and 2010 we achieved the status of Multi Million dollar producer. We have worked with buyers and sellers from every age group, from first time buyers to those seeking to down size. We enjoy working together and desire to put the needs of our clients first and foremost in our business transactions.
