I grew up in Albuquerque, where I met my husband Todd, who is originally from Carlsbad, In 1995, we moved our family to Carlsbad to raise our two children, where we still call home today. I was fortunate enough to stay home while our kids attended school and I loved every part of being there for them. This allowed me to be very active in their schools, from PTA, sporting events, cheerleading, dance, and even the long drives to baseball and football games! Our daughter, now a Texas Lawyer, lives with her husband in Lubbock Texas, and our son and his wife still reside in Carlsbad where he works for Carter's Air Conditioning, as an HVAC technician. My husband and I are very proud of our children, who are successful, respectful adults and love what they do! Growing up ,y father was a home builder, and later owned an HVAC company. I developed a passion for real estate, as a young child, watching and listening to my dad's interactions with people, helping their dreams become reality. This truly inspired me and made me want to help others also make their dreams a reality. In 2009, with the assistance of a wonderful mentor, I became a Certified Residential Appraiser. For over eleven years, I've gained invaluable knowledge of the local real estate market. Now, I am excited to expand my career to real estate sales! Every aspect about real estate is very intriguing to me, I'm looking forward to the personal interaction, and helping families and individuals find the perfect property.
