My experience extends beyond assisting Buyers and Sellers to managing approximately 80 homes in the area. I obtained my Broker-Sales Associate designation in 2000. My expertise, of course is the Henderson market, where I lived most of my life and my Husband & I have raised a family of four. However, having lived in the Valley since 1963, I feel that I am an expert in Southern Nevada Real Estate. Now is most cetainly the time to Buy; with numerous properties available to choose from and interest rates at an all time low. 3000 to 6000 people moce to the Las Vegas Valley every month because of the growth and employment opportunitiese. Many phenomenal projects are either in the planning stages or presently being constructed. To mention a few, The Echelon Place, at the former site of the Stardust Hotel & Casino; The Crown Las Vegas at the previous site of Wet & Wild, South of The Sahara Hotel and Casino; Southern Highlands Resort, at St. Rose Parkway & Las Vegas Blvd; and Paradise Place at the Harman Koval corridor. This is just a small sample of the growth that our Valley is experiencing.
