For her first 20 years with the firm, she managed the overall functions of the company and staff members, and created the support systems that streamlined the day-to-day operations of her agents and the firm. She managed an REO team of 20 assistants and successfully handled and completed all back-end processes for more than 4,000 team transactions from sale to close, as well as another 9,000 transactions as an individual broker. Her responsibilities included training hundreds of sales executives on transaction processes, in-house technology, fair housing and creating system processes for their teams.
