Maryanne is a great agent. I would call her heart as doing this for the seller/buyer, not for a living. There's a difference when you're just trying to make money versus offering your experiences to help a customer get their needs met. I would recommend Maryanne to anyone asking for help purchasing or selling in her market. Many of my past experiences went in a negative direction once the agreement was signed. I feel Maryanne worked every bit as hard after as she did before. We worked with her for 2 plus years before ever listing the property. She is a wonderful person with a compassionate heart for doing what is best for her customers. Our relationship started as a business agreement and ended in friendship. Money can't buy that kind of service!
