I have been visiting the valley since the mid 80’s. I have called Southern Nevada home since 2012. I have seen the valley grow by leaps and bounds over the years. I purchased my first home in the southwest valley in 2017. As a homeowner, I understand the feelings and emotions that come with the buying a house. The nerves, the stress, the excitement, and the sense of overwhelming pride and community that come with the purchasing of a house. I also know there is nothing more satisfying than handing a buyer the keys to their new home. The look on a sellers face when the property closes and they receive what is probably the largest sum of money they have ever seen. Whether buying or selling, I will go above and beyond for my clients.
