I selected Bette Leal as my agent for the sale of my Las Vegas condo based on the regular flyers she had sent me over the 12+ years I owned the unit. Her knowledge of the market in my condo complex was my main consideration. All documents were handled electronically, and when the contract was ready for my signature, Bette and Alan arranged a traveling notary to come to my hotel in Florida, where I was on vacation, to sign the paperwork. It was less than three weeks from the day the unit was first advertised until closing.
