I selected Bette Leal as my agent for the sale of my Las Vegas condo based on the regular flyers she had sent me over the 12+ years I owned the unit. Her knowledge of the market in my condo complex was my main consideration. I know how important it is to price a property well from the outset, and I had confidence that Bette would give me good guidance.
I approached Bette about the sale of my condo in March 2019. I was not able to place the unit on the market until mid-January 2020. Bette was extremely patient and understanding of my situation. Once my unit was vacant, Bette and her associate Alan Haig took care of cleaning and preparing my unit for sale. I am not resident in Nevada, and it was extremely helpful to me to have this assistance, so that I did not have to make a trip to Las Vegas. They were extremely helpful in negotiating with the buyer over the buyer's requested repairs. All documents were handled electronically, and when the contract was ready for my signature, Bette and Alan arranged a traveling notary to come to my hotel in Florida, where I was on vacation, to sign the paperwork. It was less than three weeks from the day the unit was first advertised until closing.
I unequivocally recommend the services of Bette Leal and Alan Haig....
