Qualifications and Training
Cynthia was born in Granada Hills, California. She graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz with a BS in Mathematics and continued her education at University of Nevada Las Vegas with a MS in Mathematics and a PhD in Instructional and Curricular Studies (Human Cognition). Cynthia’s educational background fostered her discipline, strong work ethic and ethical business acumen.
Additionally, Dr. Glickman has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2000, and a Broker since 2005. Her extensive experience includes a specialization in Investment and Luxury properties.
Cynthia Glickman brings a unique academic and analytical background to the real estate industry.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, followed by a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She later completed a PhD in Instructional and Curricular Studies with a focus on Human Cognition, studying how people learn, make decisions, and process complex information.
Before transitioning fully into real estate, Cynthia served as a mathematics professor and college dean, experiences that shaped her leadership style, discipline, and strategic thinking.
Cynthia has been a licensed real estate professional since 2000 and a licensed broker since 2005. Over the past two decades she has helped hundreds of clients successfully buy and sell homes across the Las Vegas Valley while also building her own real estate investment portfolio.
