I never delt with ANYONE but Derek. As a new Realtor I would have hoped that his Broker would have been more involved like accuracy of the specific Condo rules and HOA dues. How is a new Realtor supposed to become Excellent if his supporting staff is not? The current specific Condo rules about rental and the accuracy of the monthly HOA are important. Especially TO A SENIOR 1ST TIME CONDO BUYER. John Ahlbrand was A BROKER, HAD HIS OWN STAFF, AND OWNED HIS OWN COMPANY....
