My wife and I are from Europe, and were completely clueless as to how to purchase a home in NY.
Brian kindly showed us the listing multiple times, he lent us his network (we needed lawyers, mortgage brokers, we needed to know where to eat, etc), he guided us through the whole process.
Even after closing he was available and patient and helpful.
The story's twist is: he was the seller's broker, not our (as buyers) broker. I can't imagine how awesome it must be to have Brian represent you.
What an awesome human.
