Not a resident of the area in which the property was being sold, I was unfamiliar with workmen/handymen in the area. Mr. Daniels not only referred me to a handyman but made sure that the handyman came, understood what I needed done and saw that he completed the job to my satisfaction.
I would definitely, recommend Mr. Daniels to anyone trying to sell property in the Jamaica, NY area. His attention to details and his willingness to be "on-call" until late at night always impressed me.
