Devon was referred to me from a friend. Devon went above my expectations. She explained the marketing plan and she executed it perfectly. I received well above our asking price. I wanted a quick sale so it was important to price it right to get many people to look at it and submit offers. There were 33 viewings in one weekend, and 9 offers brought to the table. Devon carefully explained each of the offers to me and allowed me to decide which one to go with. This has been the fastest turn around I have ever seen. We closed within the two months. I have never seen that happen in NYS.
Devon was excellent. She had to be patient too, because I showed her the house while the tenants were still there. The house was a dirty cluttered mess and repairs had to be made once they evacuated the property. Devon was patient and when I was ready to put it on the market she was right there ready to go. Within 24 hours from me saying lets go, she had the photographer there and had it posted online where it received nearly 1,000 views and almost 100 saves. She was very knowledgeable about the market and how to describe my house properly.
