Joseph Schwall
My name is Joe Schwall Jr, and I grew up in Highland, New York. After graduating High School, I attended Dutchess Community College, where I studied Business Management. I later continued my education at SUNY New Paltz, studying Environmental Geology.
Waste management was my family’s business, and in 1992 I founded my own company, American Carting of the Hudson Valley Inc. I built and operated the business for nearly 30 years. Following an accident that sidelined me, I made the difficult decision to sell the company. I then went on to co-own another waste management company for an additional four and a half years, continuing to do what I loved.
Outside of work, my family and friends are what I cherish most. I am an avid outdoorsman with a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature. I believe that hard work, perseverance, and sacrifice are what have brought me to where I am today. Truth, loyalty, and honesty are the values that guide my life, which I carry over to my real estate career working with Buyers and Sellers.
Life is an exciting journey filled with both challenges and triumphs. In the end, it is the choices we make, the character we build, and the way we treat others that define who we become....
