I go by my gut feeling. I liked Judith Hart immediately, and knew right away that I wanted her to sell our house. she was very professional, intelligent, had a good sense of humor (you sure need it) and she really was interested in helping us sell our family home after Dad died. She also had a real good handle on the marketplace.
There were some objections with the house. It was located on a busy road. Judith Hart gave buyers options. She also suggested that we only needed to refinish the floors (which were covered in carpet) and not to worry about painting the whole house. She was always up beat and positive, I felt confident in her ability.
