Nat went far above and beyond the call of duty I have ever witnessed in a real estate agent. The contract was riddled with problems and outright deception on the part of the sellers, but Nat was dogged in helping me discover the truth, albeit too late to avoid more expensive repairs than initially contemplated, but that was never her fault. Her integrity is beyond reproach, and her kindness is shared by her husband who she sent over to save the plumbing the night the temperature went down to 4 degrees and we discovered that the oil tank, which was represented by the sellers to contain 250 gallons of heating oil, wes bone dry.
Best of all, Nat responds to inquiries immediately on the vast6 majority of occasions, and her efficiency is remarkable considering she also cares for 2 young children and a baby. She was truly a godsend and I can't thank her enough.
