Alexander "Alex" Lischak
Alex Lischak is the Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Bridgeway Realty, having assumed ownership of the company in 2025 as part of the next generation of family leadership. He brings a strong foundation in sales, operations, and technology, combined with a hands-on, team-focused management style.
A graduate of Le Moyne College with a degree in Business Administration (Management), Alex began his career managing sales and operations for Stickley, Audi & Co.’s New England rug division, where he developed key strengths in logistics, marketing, and client relations.
He entered real estate in 2009, joining Pyramid Brokerage Company alongside his father, Tom Lischak, CCIM, where he gained experience in commercial transactions across the Syracuse market. His career also includes leadership roles with Lowe’s Home Improvement and management positions in the automotive industry, further sharpening his operational and leadership skills.
Returning to real estate in 2019, Alex joined NAI Bridgeway Commercial, working with his family to grow and modernize the business. Today, as owner, he is focused on driving growth, mentoring agents, and delivering high-level service across both commercial and residential sectors.
Alex lives in Manlius, NY with his wife Rachael and their dog, Mocha. Outside of work, he enjoys racing, Billiards, mountain biking, hiking, and staying active in his community....
