Eben Yager brings a unique blend of executive leadership, negotiation experience, and deep community involvement to his work in real estate. Before entering the industry, Eben spent more than two decades in professional baseball, including 11 years as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Hudson Valley Renegades. During his tenure, the organization captured two championships while becoming one of the region’s most recognized sports franchises. His career in professional sports
helped shape the strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and negotiation skills that now benefit his real estate clients.
Today, Eben applies that same disciplined, results-driven approach to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process with clarity and confidence. Known for his attention to detail and thoughtful guidance, he focuses on delivering a professional experience built on strong communication, sound strategy, and informed decision-making.
Eben’s connection to the Hudson Valley runs deep, and community service has long been a central part of his professional life. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for both the Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse and the American Red Cross of the Mid-Hudson Valley. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County, United Way of Dutchess & Orange Counties, the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Hudson Valley Children’s Museum, and the Council on Addiction Prevention & Education of Dutchess County. In addition, Eben served as Chair of the New York Blood Center’s Little Doctor’s Program.
