I am an IT Professional with 30 years of experience and a Real Estate Agent. I am married to my beautiful wife Lisa Gomez, and we have two beautiful girls Alexandra Gomez who is currently attending Ashland University and Sophia Gomez is a junior in high school. Education is one of my interests; I think it has enabled me to develop both personally and professionally. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Devry University, a Master's degree in Business Administration Specialized in Finance from Ashland University. I attended Columbus State Community College Real Estate program for the state of Ohio Real Estate requirements. I have decided to get into Real Estate as a second career. Real Estate has offered the opportunity to join and learn from my mother-in-law Jean Roberts who is a very successful Real Estate Agent. It has also offered the opportunity to become an independent contractor in my own right after I retire from a very successful IT career. I am extremely dedicated to my family and my profession, I try to maintain a healthy work and life balance because I think is important to be a constant presence in my kids’ life. I was raised the same was my parents were that constant figure for me, and I enjoy being with my family. Professionally, I am extremely analytical, result oriented and more importantly customer service oriented, I have dedicated my entire IT career to support and enable others within the organization of major companies such as: Prudential Insurance, Columbia Gas of Ohio, The Wendy’s Company, Abercrombie, and currently at Ascena Retail Group. And I look forward to do the same as a Real Estate Agent. My other interests include Personal Finance, Networking, Physical Fitness and Community Involvement. I think is very important to have a sound financial plan and to execute it with discipline. Networking has helped me immensely both personally and professionally fostering relationships with friends and associates keeps me relevant. When it comes to physical fitness, I am a “gym rat” lifting, biking and running is the best stress relief I know. Community involvement is even more important now because it forces me to be physically present; it’s too easy to participate via Social Media. So I am a Youth Volleyball coach for The City of Reynoldsburg Parks and Rec sports program. I participate in the Financial and Stewardship ministries at my parish Saint Pius X, and I was the treasurer of the Saint Pius Summer Festival and a youth volleyball coach for a number or years. Today, I am the president and web master for the Slate Ridge HOA . I am also involved with group of professionals who tailgate every OSU home football game, sports is a fun and effective networking tool bringing people together. Great for Real Estate and IT…
