Felicia is the best decision we made in the whole moving process. She is the best in her field and made the entire home buying /selling process a breeze for us.

made herself available at all times. She went out of her way & responsibilities to help us with every minor problem we faced during the process. For Ex. - when our basement got flooded on the morning of a showing, it was Felicia who came to our rescue and scheduled a plumber to come and fix the problem asap. There was absolutely nothing that she did not have an answer to or did not find a solution to.
