I have been a licensed Realtor since 1978 and have since obtained my Broker's license. I recently received a coveted designation of REALTOR® EMERITUS for 40+ YEARS as a Realtor. I have 3 grown children who are all married and I have seven grandchildren. As a result of owning several rental properties, I am able to help investors understand the market.
