Tia was great. She immediately went to bat when we reached out to her. She exceed all expectations.
Malicia Kinghorn, Lancaster ohio
I was a first time homebuyer. I had zero idea of what I was getting myself into, to the extent of what all small details I didn't realize went into buying a home. Tia was so helpful, patient, and reassuring ever single step of the way. She was able to point out things on some showings that I missed or didn't consider, that would have made an impact on me at a later time. Tia knew what I was looking for better than myself. She guided me and answered any questions I had. She made herself available for me anytime. During my home buying process many things in my personal life changed. Tia was so supportive and empathetic of those things. I couldn't have had a better, more knowledgeable realtor. I would recommend her to anyone....
