Angie Hughes
Angie Hughes is a licensed Ohio real estate salesperson with Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate and Principal of Core Two Group, a real estate advisory platform focused on high-stakes residential property decisions across Central Ohio.
Angie specializes in situations where real estate is not simply a transaction, but a financial, strategic, or life-impacting decision. Her work centers on income-producing residential assets, distressed and as-is properties, investor acquisitions, and complex life-transition scenarios such as probate, divorce, and relocation—cases where clarity, structure, and judgment materially affect outcomes.
She approaches real estate as a decision business, combining structured analysis, disciplined negotiation, and professional execution to help clients protect equity, reduce uncertainty, and move forward with confidence.
Angie’s advisory approach is shaped by more than two decades of national leadership and high-stakes negotiation experience across MedTech and B2B sectors, where she led large portfolios, navigated volatility, and negotiated at the institutional level. That same operating discipline now defines how she serves real estate clients. She also brings an owner-operator perspective informed by long-term holds and short-sale acquisitions, giving her both strategic and practical insight.
She is a member of the Columbus Multiple Listing Service, MLS Now, Licking County Board of REALTORS, Ohio Assoc. of REALTORS, and the National Assoc. of REALTORS. She also volunteers with United Way, Food Pantry Network of Licking County, and Licking Valley’s Panther Pantry.
Angie lives in Central Ohio with her husband, Matt, and their two sons. She prioritizes family, health, time outdoors, and building a business grounded in preparation, integrity, and service.
