I can't recommend Phil Frye enough when it comes to selling your house. I went through a difficult time trying deal with the sudden death of my father and figuring out how to handle his estate. Phil was phenomenal to work with and super communicative during the whole process. He never failed to explain any process to me and was accessible at almost anytime for questions or concerns. The house was in rough condition and it was difficult to find the proper buyer for what it needed but thanks to Phil's resourcefulness, we eventually found the right person.
