Since January 1993, Kathy has been licensed real estate agent. She started as a personal assistant for her sister-in-law Donna Thacker in 1990. In 1994 she became Donna's manager helping her form the newly founded company: CENTURY 21 Thacker & Associates, Inc. Kathy manages, trains, and oversees the agents. She has resided in the Oxford area since 1968 where she and her husband Perry Thacker raised their 2 sons and continue to live.
