I worked with Steve Mcgrinder finding and purchasing my first Rental Property. He was amazing. Although he is newer to real estate, his knowledge of the area I was interested in buying was fantastic. He was able to find several properties for me to tour, resulting in the purchase of a great house very quickly. I loved Steve's integrity, honesty and friendly nature which strengthened our relationship during the process. He truly cared about making the it easy and enjoyable for me: it was never about him. He was constantly keeping me up to date with everything needed for closing which made the process that much smoother. With his agency he has a tremendous amount of resources availalbe to him that he knows how to utilize to get the best for his customers. The entire engagement was better than I could have imagined thanks to Steve, and can't thank him enough for everything....
