Marti was humbly surprised to receive The Rookie of the Year Award from Firelands Association of Realtors spanning 5 counties in 2004. She has consistently received The Ohio Realtors President's Sales Club Award every year 2004 to 2026, with Chuck joining her fulltime in 2015. Chuck's journey before joining Marti as a team, did his PGA Apprenticeship at Worthington Hills Country Club in Columbus OH, was the PGA Golf Professional at Catawba Island Club for 21 years and beforehand, the PGA Pro at South Toledo Golf Club and now a PGA Lifetime Member. Chuck has built extensive golf connections & numerous acquaintances and friends among buyers & sellers nationwide. Chuck grew up in Ashtabula, OH, attended Ashtabula Harbor High School, Ohio State University and Central Florida College (where he played on the golf team), he attended PGA Business Schools, passing the PGA playing ability test thus earning his PGA card. He later earned his Real Estate License from Hondros College in 2007.
