The house was not an easy sell due to spiral staircase going to upstairs bedrooms. The house is smaller and is more for single or married couple with only 1 child. I understood the barriers that faced the selling of the home. Teresa had the house sold, and we were in contract. We required an extension. The buyer refuses to sign and backed out of contract. Teresa has the house in contract for second time within weeks. Second buyer bought the home. I believe that if it were any other agent, I would be awaiting for a buyer still....
