Angie Molitoris

Angie Molitoris has a quick connection with all of her clients and knows exactly how to find them the home they are searching for. Starting her Real Estate career in 1992, Angie has been the one of the Office Top Agents consecutively, while building her business on trust and integrity. The advice she gives to her clients is the same advice she would want if in their shoes. Clients rely on Angie's honesty and expertise, which are some of the many reasons so many of her past clients refer their family and friends. Angie prides herself in her understanding and experience with new construction. In addition to working with several local builders as a Realtor, she has also personally been part of the construction of her own home, from the ground up. She relies on her own personal and professional knowledge of new construction and home remodeling to help her clients understand all things to be considered before construction. Her love of the process really sets her apart from the other Realtors. "I love a good project and have a talent for making new or existing homes look and feel great". From the beginning of Angie's career, she has always specialized in serving the communities where she lives. Raised in South Euclid, moved on to Mayfield Heights, then to Mayfield Village, and currently in Highland Heights, so she is no stranger to the communities. The majority of her home sales are in the surrounding areas and east side of Cleveland. "I know the area like the back of my hand". In fact, to this day, Angie's tight, Italian family still live in the home she grew up in. In addition to her love of Real Estate, Family is everything to Angie! She has two daughters, three amazing grandchildren, and a mischievous Morkie, who keeps her on her toes. In her free time, Angie enjoys fitness and traveling, both of which help her continue to be the best she can be!
