My sister and brother in law had used Maureen in the sale of their house in downsizing to a condo. They suggested Maureen to me. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to downsize just yet, but contacted Maureen anyway as I wanted to meet and understand what I may be facing. She showed me a few properties but my uneasiness about moving was a bridge too far. So I put the thought on a back burner. I retired and tried to find my bearings as a retired worker. A little after that, Covid hit. Then, aging prompted my decision to downsize when it would be MY decision. I contacted Maureen and began to work with her. She advised me on what I needed to do and I followed her instructions to the letter. (BTW, she explained it all in deep detail and made sure I understood it all). That continued as the process of selling moved forward. In short, not only do I think Maureen is remarkable, she is exceptional!! I would wholeheartely endorse her for anyone looking to sell their home. You won't be disapointed.
