Shannon was a huge help from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She got us into houses we wanted to see so quickly and as we looked through them, helped us identify potential issues. Once we finally got an offer accepted, she continued to work with all stakeholders to make sure things got done. In a timely matter. We were so grateful to have Shannon helping us through a stressful process.
Shannon made us feel comfortable and put forth a lot of effort to understand what we were looking for and what our priorities were. We never felt any pressure from her. She just helped us through the process towards the ultimate goal of finding the right home for us and we learned a lot from her in the process.
