Kim makes the whole process seem rather seamless. It clearly is anything but. We actually had some very interesting "back and forths" between us and the seller and a third party property owner adjacent to the house we bought. Kim professionally worked with the sellers agent and took the pressure off of us and they came to a solution that appeared to satisfy all parties.
