We met Darla at an open house she was hosting. After talking to many realtors at open houses, we liked her the best. During the house hunting, After she got to know what we liked and needed, she looked at several homes and help us eliminate the ones that we would not like or meet our needs. We needed a certain garage depth so I could park my long bed truck inside, so Darla went ahead and measured the garages and eliminated several homes that would not have worked with our truck.
After we had a contract on our house, she kept us informed when the home inspection was being done as well as the termite inspection and kept up with the repairs the seller needed to do.
Closing went smooth. Darla kept in touch with the lender on the progress of the loan. She had worked with this lender before and her recommendation work well....
