Melissa did a great job especially considering the load she took on for the seller's agent. She also does a great job of virtual showing and assessment of properties as I'm out of the state and unable to do in-person. I depend on her knowledge of the area for determining resell values and trade contacts for renovations. I use her for both my buyer's agent and listing agent.
