Tina did a fantastic job helping me sell my home. She helped me get a contingent offer for this house since we were still trying to sell our old one. She kept us up to date on everything and answered all our questions. She kept checking in on us and every time there was a new document to sign she would give us a heads up. She is quick to reply to text and would pick up the phone almost every time I called. She kept in mind that we are a family with young kids and she did a wonderful job keeping the ball rolling since she knows we had our hands full. It took about 5-6 weeks for us to get our house on the market, sold and simultaneously move in to our new home. Couldn't ask for a better realtor. I even reached out after closing on the house because I had extra questions and she still was more than happy to answer even though she was already done with the sale. (not getting paid) If I were to want to deal with the stress of moving again I would pick Tina Gay 😊....
